Mothers, please help me understand a few things..

Please tell me.. How does it feel to CONSTANTLY sacrifice? To love us unconditionally? To raise us to grow into good moral adults? To cook, clean, work, run a household, help with homework? Kiss a boo-boo? Read bedtime stories, take us to the dentist, doctor and library? To stay up late when we’re sick? To wake up in the middle of the night to calm us after a bad dream? To strive to give us every opportunity that you did not have? To deal with our Fathers (the good and those that have yet to grow into that role)?

I know I wasn’t the greatest Son or Grandson.. But still I’m loved.. Still I’m accepted. How do Mothers do that? I need to know.

They said God created all Men equal.. But you can’t tell me HE didn’t put more into the MOMMY RECIPE.. If HE made man just below the Angels, I know Mothers must be Angels.

Please feel free to share.

It is the most rewarding emotional and satisfying love that can be given to another human. There is no magical answer or guide book. Superhuman strengths naturally take over to defend and protect. Fathers are just the same. Dame you cannot be a mother but you are a father. There are fathers out there that do the same things you described on thier own. All we can do is do the very best and trust in The Lord. God bless

From the time I saw my son on the monitor while getting a sonogram, for me everything was automatic. It was like a natural instinct. I knew I had to provide, protect, nurture, love, be stern, and a role model. I had flaws, didn’t do it perfectly and still learning as he becomes older. Without any doubts I would do it all over again. I was somewhat young (21) when I gave birth, and it was kind of like growing together. As I get older I’m becoming wiser and I want my growth as person to be a guide book for him. So I’m still providing, protecting, nurturing, loving, stern and role model for him but on another level. It’ll never stop, I’m a lioness and he’ll forever be my cub.

Oh also I definitely have to say that my guide has been my mother and God. It was natural instincts but it wasn’t easy. So some things I had ask my mom and something’s I had to pray to God for.
