As I laid in bed.. I thought to myself – it would be awesome if I could listen to Positive Affirmations all night and as I start my day.
What are Positive Affirmations?
Google defines “Positive Affirmations” as – a technique used to program the subconscious mind to effect change by repeating (or meditating on) a key phrase to bring about the desired outcome.
Zig Ziglar once said “You cannot consistently behave in a way that is inconsistent with your beliefs.”
For example, if you keep saying the Positive Affirmation below.. you begin to believe it. Once you begin to believe it, you won’t be able to behave in a way inconsistent with your new beliefs.
I am happy, healthy, grateful to God, I have the capacity to achieve anything I set my mind to, I actively seek out new opportunities and I am ethical in the decisions I make

I grabbed my phone and googled “Night time Affirmations” .. I found the video below and it is exactly what I needed. It was so awesome – I had to share this with you at 2:23am in the morning on a Monday. Growth and Self-Development is a 247265 commitment to me.
I’ve converted the video to mp3 using YTD Video Downloader Pro (an awesome tool) and uploaded it to the Cloud using iTunes Match. Now I’m able to sleep with this on repeat and wake up to this daily.
